What happens after I place an order?
After you complete the checkout process, an Order Confirmation page will come up, showing your online order confirmation number. We will send an email copy of your Online Order Receipt within one hour. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a second email with Shipping Information.

Do you have a toy of the month package for children younger than five?
Whimsmoore is considering adding a sibling (ages 3 & 4) "piggyback" package to the Elf Toy of the Month. Designed to lessen sibling rivalry, it would be a simple, less expensive gift than the Elf toys and be included in the same shipping box. If this package is of interest to you, please send an email to AuntLinda@whimsmoore.com and let her know.

How do I send my personalized card to my recipient?
During the ordering process you will be given an opportunity to fill out informaion for a gift card. Whimsmoore will mail it to your recipient wihtin a day or two of receiving the order.

What if my recipient moves?
You or your recipient can notify us by email or phone of his or her new location and we will make the remaining deliveries to that new address. Be advised that we ship around the 25th of each month for the month that follows. We cannot re-route once the package has been mailed.

Why can't you charge my credit card for the full amount of all 12 month Elf Toy of the Month packages?
We can only charge you three months in advance. This is for your own protection and is part of our agreement with the company that processes your credit card.

You can choose to pay the total amount of the package by filling out the Shopping Cart form for the Elf Toy of the Month package and sending it with your check to Whimsmoore LLC, 215 SE Mill Plain Blvd Ste C-8 #276, Vancouver, WA 98684-6999. When paid by check, the first shipment will be held for 10 business days after your check is received.

If for any reason, you or your recipient is not satisfied, you can cancel the remaining subscription. Remember that we ship the Elf Toy of the Month packages around the 25th of each month. If your order has not already been shipped, we can cancel it. Please contact us immediately by email or phone. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.
