Returns or Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with either the book or the toy included in the Elf Toy-of-the-Month, you may return it within thirty days (30) of delivery and receive an exchange. If you wish a refund, you must return both the book and the toy. You will be pleased with our fast and courteous service.

Other Returns or Exchanges: Please inform us as soon as possible as to your concerns. The best method is by email. Please be specific so that we may handle the matter in the quickest and most satisfactory manner possible.

Cancellations: For those who have ordered on-going products such as the Elf Toy-of-the-Month, cancellation must occur at least twenty-five (25) days prior to shipment for the next month.

Shipping Dates: Shipping for the next Elf Toy-of-the-Month will be on or about the 15th of the previous month. For example: February's Elf Toy of the Month will be shipped on approximately January 15. Check this Web site for Christmas shipping exceptions.
